Pick your company, fill in your details, copy, paste into Gmail. Takes about a minute. Don't retype or reformat anything afterwards — the layout is deliberate and Gmail will keep it as-is.
This page is open as a local file. The logo won't load and the copy button may misbehave.
Open it from its published web address instead.

Putting it into Gmail
Click Copy signature above.
In Gmail on a computer, open Settings (the gear, top right) → See all settings.
Stay on the General tab and scroll down to Signature. Click Create new and name it anything.
Click inside the big empty box and paste. If you already had a signature, delete everything in the box first — don't paste on top of it.
Under Signature defaults, choose your new signature for both For new emails and On reply/forward.
Tick Insert this signature before quoted text in replies and remove the "--" line.
Scroll to the very bottom and click Save Changes. Gmail throws everything away if you skip this.
Send yourself a test email to check it arrived correctly.
On your phone
The Gmail app can't use this signature — it only supports plain text, and there's no way around that. Use the plain version instead: Gmail app → Menu → Settings → your account → Signature settings.
If something looks wrong
If the logo doesn't appear, your mail client is probably blocking images — the recipient will still see it. If the text arrives in the wrong font or with a coloured background, the copy picked up something stray: clear the Gmail box completely and paste again.
Don't fix problems by retyping inside Gmail. Come back here and copy again.
